Step 1: Speak with one of our advisor about your chosen design and inscription text. If you are unsure then we can help you through the decision process either over the phone, by email or by arranging a home visit. Some cemeteries and churchyards have restrictions on the size and materials they will allow so we will be able to check this before going any further.

Step 2: When you are completely happy with your choice of memorial and inscription we will confirm the price and ask for a 20% deposit. This is payable by debit or credit card, bank transfer or personal cheque if preferred.

Step 3: We will then go ahead and begin the process of manufacturing, lettering and fixing of your memorial stone (subject to permit approval by the cemetery/crematorium). If you have chosen to order a photo plaque then we will ask you to send a good quality photo to us by email or post. See our FAQ section for more detailed information about this.

Lettering: The first 200 letters is free. Each letter/character beyond that costs £1.95 on a new memorial in Granite, Marble, Portland Stone or Nabresina. Contact us for a quote if you require lead lettering. If you wish to add lettering to an existing memorial this needs to be quoted for on a case by case basis. Burial Ground Fee: These are the fees charged by cemeteries and crematoria. They are not a standard price but if you contact us with the grave location details we will be able to find out for you.

We deliver & fix in all areas of mainland UK (excl. N. Ireland).

Delivery is included in the cost of your memorial unless the delivery address is more than 100 miles from Manchester and the order is less than £2000, in which case a charge of £150 will be added.

If your burial site is abroad we can prepare your memorial for export. Please contact us for further details and a quote.
